    SUMMARY:

    We are looking for a Service Specialist to serve as the anchor of the administrative unit by taking ownership of Wink’s LifeSpecs and AnnuitySpecs tools [LookToWink.com] in terms of product research, implementation, and maintenance.

The knowledge and experience of the Service Specialist will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of our website content, in addition to completing administrative tasks that translate to the profitability of Wink, Inc.

    We have a progressive work culture by continuously growing and adapting to our customers’ needs, never compromising quality and value.  The qualified candidate will embrace our dynamic environment by serving as a product expert for the website, providing technical database expertise for maintenance of the tools, and performing administrative duties as necessary to ensure the success and reliability of Wink, Inc.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

    1. Identify pending new life insurance and annuity products that are not already housed on LifeSpecs and AnnuitySpecs tools and assemble necessary product specifications by gathering product information from numerous sources 
    2. Accurately input new product specifications into a web-based database and continuously maintain/audit the database for company/product accuracy by processing all changes and updates.
    3. Assist in compiling and editing product information in preparation for the industry’s most valued quarterly sales report and monthly survey(s)
    4. Fulfill market research project requests and/or ad-hoc surveys for insurance companies, as assigned by Manager or CEO
    5. Support the core values of Wink, Inc. and serve as a reputable delegate of the organization with excellent customer service skills and performing other duties as assigned.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

    1. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. A minimum of 2 years of industry experience
    3. Background in customer service and financial services and/or marketing a must;
    4. Industry designations are desirable (AAPA, FLMI, CLU, and/or ChFC)
    5. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
    6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
    7. Product knowledge in the life insurance and annuity industries
    8. Must be able to meet goals and deadlines
    9. Must be organized, able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently as well as manage time with the ability to prioritize and maintain work load
    10. Have the willingness and ability to take an ownership attitude toward projects, which includes identifying and evaluating the effects of the immediate task on other areas and the “bigger picture”
