Partners Advantage Sales Team Expands to Address Continued Growth Focus

Riverside, CA – February 18, 2016 – Partners Advantage Insurance Services announced several additions to its sales team. This staff expansion is a key factor in an overall focus on growth in the Advantage division, which directly serves agencies and agents throughout the country.
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Charlie Gipple, CLU®, ChFC® stated, “I am absolutely thrilled to announce these new additions to the sales and marketing team, these professionals are veterans in the business who will bring a significant amount of experience and depth to our team.”
Geoff Spencer, CLU® joins Partners Advantage as its Regional Vice President (West). In addition to being a former U.S. Naval Special Forces operator, Spencer has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was a regional vice president for Genworth in its life division, where he experienced the highest growth in premium among all Genworth life territories for Indexed Universal Life premium and Linked Benefits premium. His previous positions include serving as a financial advisor for Lincoln Financial Advisors, a sales manager with Ameriprise Financial and a life sales vice president with ING. Spencer resides in Minneapolis and will also be working with Nebraska-based internal wholesaler Darcy Soltys in building services for Platinum agencies in the Partners Advantage distribution network.
The company announced that Kevin Ivey has joined its annuity team as a brokerage director. Ivey is a 30-year veteran in the financial services industry and brings a wealth of experience to the sales team. His previous experience includes: life/health agent, 403(b) rep, financial services branch manager, registered rep, wholesaler and as an annuity marketer. He is based in Houston, Texas.
The sales team is further strengthened through the recent addition of a dedicated recruiter (Michael Macias) and the promotion of Oscar Toledo to director of sales across all sales divisions. Partners Advantage plans to announce further expansion of its sales team in the near future, including a Regional Vice President (East) and additional brokerage team members.
