Ethical Dilemma
October 5, 2021 by Sheryl Moore
Let’s say your buddy works in the office next to you.
And, let’s assume that he told you he was doing business with ABC Insurance Company, and they decided to quit paying his trails on his annuity business that he has placed with them over the past 20 years.
Now, ABC Insurance Company wants you to sell their indexed life insurance product.
I have two questions for you.
1. How long does it take you to forget what ABC Insurance Company did to your buddy? A year? A year-and-half?
2. At what price do you look past the issue with the trails? 140% payout? 150%?
