Pacific Life’s Whirlwind Month: New Hires, Dropped Products, Layoffs

As one of their first actions, the company’s new leaders decided to kill Pacific PremierCare, a life insurance policy that also pays long-term care benefits. The decision might seem somewhat surprising, as not many companies are exiting the business, according to Sheryl Moore, CEO of Wink, publisher of Wink’s Sales & Market Report.
