Reading Gary Schulte’s “The Fall of First Executive…”
I just read a staggering statistic in the first chapter-
“In fact, by the late 1970’s, industry statistics revealed that it cost the typical career agency company over $200,000 to put each agent through his or her fourth year in business.”
I wonder how much this would be in 2024 money?
I wonder if this still holds true?
