Annuities can provide guaranteed income for life, making them an attractive option for retirees and long-term investors. However, before committing to one, it’s essential to understand the costs involved.

And I have never heard of negotiating “annuity costs with an advisor.”
As such, I consider it to be preposterous that one would suggest how “some advisors may give you a better deal knowing that you are considering other options,” than an annuity.
Annuity “costs” are contractual. Can you imagine someone trying to lower their surrender charges? Their M&E? How about the credited rates/caps/pars/spreads?
