NAILBA, a Finseca Community, Announces New Inforce Certification

(April 10, 2025) – The National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA), a Finseca Community, proudly announces the launch of its newest professional credential: Inforce Certification—a specialized program designed to give life insurance professionals the tools to expertly manage the complexities of inforce policy servicing. Because when a life insurance policy is placed in force, that’s just the beginning.
The Inforce Certification delivers a comprehensive understanding of the full policy lifecycle, equipping professionals with critical insights into billing, technology platforms, policy changes, collateral assignments, premium financing, policy loans, and more. Developed through a life insurance lens, the curriculum includes 21 on-demand learning modules and mastery quizzes to ensure practical retention and application.
