This friend is looking to find an experienced or trainable woman to help support his financial advising business. He has found that a lot of women desire to work with a female advisor- imagine that!
The right individual for this opportunity lives in Philly. Ideally, this person has experience with advanced life insurance concepts, defined benefit plans, funding of buy/sell agreements and more. Two plus years of experience are required, along with a Series 65, 66 and 7; life, health and LTC licenses are also needed. Impeccable written and verbal communication is a MUST for this opportunity.
There is a potential opportunity to succeed the primary owner of this financial planning firm, for the right individual. An equity position is also available for the right candidate. A base salary commensurate with experience or draw against compensation are up for discussion. Bonus opportunity is available, along with health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
