Weirdest press release EVER

I have a clause in my license agreements for Wink, Inc., which indicate that I may use our customers’ names in public communications.

That clause has been stricken from every contract we have received for the past 20 years!

I’ve always wished I knew a way to get around that because A LOT of software firms and their clients publicly announce their partnership.

Well, this software provider must deal with the same thing. Check out the press release that doesn’t disclose who the insurance carrier is:
