Ohio man arrested after social media post threatening to blow up West Des Moines insurance agency

An Ohio man is accused of threatening to blow up an insurance building in West Des Moines.
Court documents say 57-year-old Christopher Webb posted an Instagram video Saturday outside of the American Equity Life Insurance building on Westown Parkway. In the video, he expressed frustration with his insurance company.
