A follow-up quiz of Google’s latest generative artificial intelligence engine offers a window into improvements in the speed and accuracy of a technology more carriers are aiming to deploy.

But things are different with Bard’s successor, Gemini. It reports — accurately — that agent commissions on a SPIA range from 1% to 3% of the premium paid. For a fixed-indexed annuity, the commission typically ranges from 6% to 8% of premium, according to Gemini. Right again. (Wink‘s Sales & Market Report lists the average indexed-annuity commission at 6.56%.)
