How many insurance agents are still in this business, four years after they started in business?
Paul LaPiana, CFP® at MassMutual says a whopping 9.00%.
9.00%!!!
And there are very few companies that are bringing in new agents, and training them.
The leaders in training are still out there: Northwestern Mutual, New York Life Insurance Company, Equitable, Guardian Life, etc. However, are their career agents moving to independent agent distribution?
