I have always been appreciative of multi-level marketing organizations.

They are doing something no one else is doing: bringing new blood into the life insurance/annuity field force.

And let’s keep it real- we don’t make it especially easy for new insurance agents to get up and running in this business.

Instead of bashing these insurance agents, let’s educate and nurture them. It’s not like any of us haven’t ever made a mistake.

Nice work, Annie Cherskov. You so eloquently posted what I was thinking. Thanks for standing up for the newbies. -sjm
