Fixed Universal Life Sales Plunge as Indexed Life Gains, Wink Says

Sales of conventional fixed universal life insurance tumbled in the second quarter, according to new research.
Volume fell about 30% from a year earlier to $69.8 million, according to Wink, publisher of Wink‘s Sales & Market Report.
The double-digit decline contrasted with gains in other flexible premium products, including variable and indexed universal life insurance, Wink reported.
