He says Athene’s annuities are different because they have “…more competitive rates and more creative solutions.”
Last year, they had 100,000 new customers. (Wow!)
Apparently, 90% of their annuities are issued the day after the application comes in. (I hadn’t heard that!)
It sounds like they are a part of the Digital First initiative with the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) as well. (Anxious for more companies to be able to reciprocate what Athene is doing here…)
It may be a promotional video for the company, but I liked it. -sjm
