BCG Penbridge Adds 2 Pension Risk Transfer Consultants

Defined benefit pension consulting firm BCG Pension Risk Consultants and BCG Penbridge added Tom Sablak and Sam Mossing to its de-risking consulting practice, the firm announced Tuesday. The duo will help drive and deliver cost management and de-risking consulting services for defined benefit pension plans, according to a firm statement.

It looks like they have secured their asset manager. Now, all they need is a reinsurer, and they’ll be able to compete with the most competitive companies in the annuity market.
Bankers Life has a 0.44% market share of the 2QYTD $213 billion annuity market. They sell fixed, multi-year guaranteed and indexed annuities. -sjm
