I could really use the help of TheAlmightyNetwork, if you all are amenable.
Why? Because I am hiring.
Again!
I am looking for an administrative employee who has some experience in the life insurance/annuity space.
I need an employee that doesn’t mind repetitive work and has attention to detail.
This person must be cool to hang out with (not kidding). Has to laugh at my jokes and roll their eyes at Rita Holtz‘s sense of humor. It would be great if they could give Cathy Andrews a hard time and do lunch runs for Victoria Grossman too.
I just want someone that won’t compromise our culture at Wink, Inc.
Finally, this person must live in the Des Moines metro area.
What will the right person get in return?
– A cool title, of their choosing;
– An uncapped salary;
– Unlimited paid time off;
– Casual attire;
– A 36-hour workweek;
– Full body massages monthly (from a massage therapist- not me, sorry!);
– A simplified employee pension where I dump [25%] of this person’s salary into the SEP (once eligible); and
– Doesn’t want to “work” a single day in their life.
