Tis the season for team building

Last week we had an entire week of the Wink team (save one) at the office all week.

We fly everyone into Des Moines 1 – 2 times a year, so that we can work TOGETHER, do some team building and build on our friendships. It is always GREAT to get together again.

We spent time sharing our favorite Wink memories– from foretelling fortune cookies, honest & real interactions, recognition, family atmosphere-a CEO who truly cares & lives it, pure joy, escaping the corporate burnout, to growing our team intentionally with people we genuinely like & who want to be here. 

We are very grateful for this time together. Thank you to all to enduring a bit extra wait time over the week so we could work on making the Wink team even better for you.
