According to Capgemini’s World Life Insurance Report 2026, millennials and Gen Z are expected to inherit an average of $106,000 each. And when we asked them where they’d invest that money, 40% ranked life insurance and annuities third, behind cash savings and stocks. The under-40 generation recognizes life insurance as a pillar of wealth management – they just refuse to buy what the industry has designed with their parents’ generation in mind.
