PacLife Launches Another New VUL Product as Sales Surge

Two carriers added survivorship versions of existing VUL products this year. Lincoln Financial of Radnor, Pennsylvania, added a survivorship version to its existing VUL product AssetEdge in January. The next month, Prudential Financial subsidiary Pruco Life Insurance Co. rolled out PruLife SVUL Protector, a survivorship version of its VUL Protector offering, according to Sheryl Moore, chief executive officer of independent market research firm Moore Market Intelligence.
