Fidelity To Add Annuities To Target-Date Lineup

Fidelity Investments said it will expand its target date offerings to include annuities.
Fidelity Freedom Lifetime, a suite of target date collective investment trusts (CITs) with a built-in guaranteed income option, will include a strategic allocation to an insurance pool through insurers Nationwide and New York Life, the firm said in a news release.
