Western & Southern Ad Campaign Kicks Off on NFL Telecasts

For football fans, nothing surpasses the NFL season — cheering crowds, touchdown dances and months of top-flight competition. For producers with Western & Southern Financial Group member companies, this season brings added excitement. Beginning with Sunday Night Football on October 1, Western & Southern will debut a multi-media advertising campaign.
Look for the effort to leverage the massive viewership of NFL football and boost brand awareness of Western & Southern. Market research studies will track results and yield marketing insights for expanding future sales.
TV commercials themed to “Powered by Western & Southern” with company spokesperson and NFL television analyst Cris Collinsworth highlight the campaign. Ads will air in select markets during Sunday night, Thursday night and Thanksgiving Day NFL broadcasts from October through the playoffs. In just the key demographic of 25- to 55-year-olds alone, the ads are projected to create an estimated 67 million total broadcast impressions.
The fully integrated campaign will include billboards as well as a digital component built around banner advertising, social media and an online offer featuring Everplans, a digital archive that complements the financial solutions Western & Southern provides.
