Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service to OneAmerica Securities house managed accounts. This position is in our OneAmerica Securities group and will focus on building relationships with our clients, investment vendors, and OneAmerica associates. In this role you are in a position to strengthen and retain our clients on a daily basis to continue to service their investment accounts.
This role is designated as a remote position. Ideally, we would like a candidate supporting pacific and mountain time zone.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Providing assistance and support to clients regarding their investment account.
- Submitting service request for distributions and other service requests.
- Resolving any issues that might arise to complete the processing request.
- Work with brokerage and advisory vendor for account service.
- Work with OA Concierge team for proper client onboarding and maintenance.
Job Requirements
Education and/or Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 is required
Required Work Experience
- 3-5 years experience in the financial service or insurance industry.
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 06A
